Order Policy Toys Thru Time is an online collectables store. Many items are one of a kind. New old store stock, played with or custom made. Box condition will vary. We will try to provide pictures or correctly describe the condition of each item and box. We have been selling to collectors for several years. Because of the products we sell we have an “All Sales are Final Policy.” We accept U.S. Postal Money Orders and U.S. Personal Checks. Items will be held 7 days waiting for payment. *We DON’T take Credit Cards or Traveler Checks * If you want to use your Credit Card you can withdraw the Cash and send us a Check or U.S. Postal M.O. for the payment. All orders, which have verified payment, will be shipped within two days unless we are out of your chosen item. In that case we will contact you with the option to wait until we find another one or cancel your order. Items purchased may be held for 24 days to insure that the check or Postal M.O. clears the bank. There is a $45.00 fee for returned checks. Toys Thru Time wants your satisfaction and repeat business. We try to have the lowest prices. We know how difficult and potentially risky buying merchandise online can be. Shipping Most items will be sent via FedEx, U.S. Postal Priority Mail, insurance cost extra or UPS at higher shipping costs (with confirmation) within the Continental U.S.A. Let us know your preference. Some Vehicles and Dioramas will require extra shipping charges. For International Orders, All Payments MUST BE IN U.S. MONEY, Place International orders AT YOUR OWN RISK. We cannot be held liable for packages that do not arrive to international destinations. We ship all international orders by Postal Mail. There is essentially no way to track or confirm the arrival of a package in Non-U.S. countries. We can provide a "proof of shipping" notice from the U.S. Postal Service. Items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items sold. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. Returns / Defective Merchandise All sales are final. Condition of the box and contents are critical to many collectors. We have found that shipping product to some place and then obtaining it back usually results in damage. For this reason we will not accept returns. If you receive a shipment that includes damaged merchandise. Please contact us right away. Retain all original packing materials, including shipping carton, bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, paper, etc. These may need to be inspected by the shipping company We will contact the shipping company and file all claims. UPS, FedEx may arrange to inspect and/or pick-up the damaged items. Items sent via the post office may need to taken to a local post office for inspection. Please be aware that you may be asked to complete various forms in order for us to receive payment of a damage claim. The claims process can take several weeks. No refund will be issued until the original item is either picked up by Fed-ex, UPS or delivered to the post office, or returned to us, as is required by the claims process. There are no exceptions to this rule. Newer products may be covered by the manufacture. All problems resulting from defective manufacturing are dealt with on an individual basis. Each manufacturer has its own procedure for dealing with defective products. Therefore, it is very important for you to contact us about defective items. Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Pre-Orders If there is something you are looking for let us know, we travel to shows and will try to find the item for you. Custom Dioramas are built as ordered and require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Dioramas are custom displays for Adult Collectors and each one may vary or change from the pictures shown. Toys Thru Time will not be held liable for damages resulting from Accidental or Intentional misuse and shall be held harmless. There are no returns on Custom Dioramas, they may require extra shipping. No warrantee or guarantee is applied or given and by ordering these items you agree to the above.
