Order Policy
Toys Thru Time is an online collectables store. Many items are one of a kind. New-old store stock or played with older items. Box condition will vary. We will try to provide pictures or correctly describe the condition of each item and box. We are selling items from our personal collection. As we unpack items from storage we will list different items. Check back for changes. You will receive an e-mail of your order and payment information. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING.
We accept U.S. Postal Money Orders and U.S. Personal Checks. Items will be held 7 days waiting for payment. *We DO NOT take Credit Cards or Traveler Checks * If you want to use your Credit Card you can withdraw the Cash and send us a Check or U.S. Postal M.O. for the payment. All orders, which have verified payment, will be shipped within two days. Items purchased may be held for 15 days to insure that the check or Postal M.O. clears the bank. There is a $45.00 fee for returned checks. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please ask questions before ordering. You may also email orders to us at info@toysthrutime.com.
Shipping
Most items will be sent via FedEx, U.S. Postal Priority Mail, insurance cost extra, within the Continental U.S.A. Let us know your preference. Some Vehicles and Dioramas will require extra shipping charges. International Orders, All Payments MUST BE IN U.S. MONEY, Place International orders AT YOUR OWN RISK. We cannot be held liable for packages that do not arrive to international destinations. We ship all international orders by Postal Mail. There is essentially no way to track or confirm the arrival of a package in Non-U.S. countries. We can provide a "proof of shipping" notice from the U.S. Postal Service. Items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items sold. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
Returns / Defective Merchandise
If you receive a shipment that includes damaged merchandise. Please contact us right away. Retain all original packing materials, including shipping carton, bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, paper, etc. These are needed to be inspected by the shipping company. We will contact the shipping company and file all claims. FedEx may arrange to inspect and/or pick-up the damaged items. Items sent via the post office may need to taken to a local post office for inspection.
Please be aware that you may be asked to complete various forms in order for us to receive payment of a damage claim. The claims process can take several weeks. No refund will be issued until the original item is either picked up by Fed-ex or delivered to the post office, or returned to us, as is required by the claims process. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Some products may be covered by the manufacture. All problems resulting from defective manufacturing are dealt with on an individual basis. Each manufacturer has its own procedure for dealing with defective products. Therefore, it is very important for you to contact us about defective items. Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
Toys Thru Time will not be held liable for damages resulting from Accidental or Intentional misuse. No warrantee or guarantee is applied or given when ordering these items.
Because of the products we sell we have an “All Sales are Final Policy.”
